I returned a necklace because the medal with my initial keep turning, so I returned it within a week and I was waiting for my refund that never came. So I email and they told me that they sent me a store credit instead, somehow was in my spam email when I do received all their ads and marketing in my email. No knowing that this was happening, and still waiting on my refund I order another neclace with my debit card. I am so upset they did this that I am returning my neclace I received today and will use my store credit but I will not order from them ever again.

I purchased an item from them and received an incorrect item. When I reached out for them to correct the error they informedme that the item that I wanted was not in stock. They took it upon themselves to send me an item I did not order instead of refunding me. I asked them to send me a shipping label so I can return it and get an immediate refund since they sent me an item knowing it was not what I ordered. They refuse to send me a shipping label. They said they don’t do that and I cannot get a refund on an item I did not want that they sent me incorrectly on purpose. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with their shipping, but this is by far the worst.

I ordered a yellow gold Ashley ring that took around 6 weeks to arrive. The ring I received was clearly silver, not at all the yellow gold that the website depicted. I contacted customer service via email to let them know I had received the incorrect finish - I heard nothing back for a couple of days so I sent them another customer service request. . . and still nothing. I ended up contacting them 4 times over a 10-day period and ONLY when I went on to their site to review them did I get a note back. They asked that I send them photos of the ring I received, which I did, and heard nothing back for another 3 days. Their response was that this ring was a "white gold" finish. I said that's fine, but it's not what was advertised and I sent photos from their website to confirm what people think they are getting what they actually get. Anyhoo, it took almost another 3 weeks (after having waited 6 weeks to receive) and around 8 or 9 emails to complete my businesss communications with them and get a shipping label to mail the ring back to them. Also, I live on an island so it is a huge hassle to have to take it somewhere to mail. I explained all this to MM reps and got nothing back from them. No effort to make it right (other than a refund, of course, and only once they've received the ring back in hand) and zero effort to keep me as a customer. Steer clear of this company and their deceptive advertising and abysmal customer service. And for goodness sake, don't answer this review that I should contact you to make things right - what a joke!!

shipping takes forever. My order took almost 3 MONTHS to receive in entirety. Just basic, no engraving. Necklaces kink, not what it looks like on instagram at all. Shipping took too long to even bother trying to deal with returning.

So I recently purchased and item from Melinda Maria. I was very excited and couldn’t wait to receive my necklace. It took more than a month to process this order, but I figured for something that was engraved it was understandable. What a huge disappointment when I received the item… It was supposed to be gold toned (in color) …. Sorry to say it is not. Very disappointing as I am unable to return it because it is engraved…. Looks more silver than it does gold… If your looking to purchase save your money and take it elsewhere. They are over priced for what you get …

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!! Paid for three items that I have not received and it’s been several months. I have emailed several times and continuously keep getting a runaround about the process getting sent over to another department and getting the matter resolved and yet I never get any response. I don’t get my items. I’m about ready to pursue a dispute on the payment end of this situation.

Hi: I order form this Seller in July 12; the status still says unfulfilled. I chat with an agent and say that they don't know when they will ship. No reponse, no email nothing from them; but my credit card was charged in an instant.

Holy sh*t I've never ordered something that takes this long to ship, especially from a U.S. based company. For context, I ordered my jewelry from Melinda Maria ELEVEN DAYS AGO, and it took SIX business days to even process my order ??? I emailed costumer service asking why my order is taking more than a week to process and I was met with no helpful information besides that this is "standard shipping practices." Six days to process an order is 'standard practice'? Don't think so. By the time my order is FINALLLY processed, it takes another 2 days to even begin shipment. Now that it's finally shipped, I may get it next week, I may not. I'm just flabbergasted by the fact that it takes more than 48 hours to process an order, THAT should be standard practice especially for a U.S. based company. So disappointed in the lack of urgency with this brand. And honestly, I don't want the brand to reach out to me to make this right. I just hope they take a look at all of the reviews on this page, understand that everyone has complained about shipping, and do better for your company. You sell absolutely beautiful products for a fair price point, do your company a favor and reorganize your shipping structures. You have so much opportunity and potential.
