I have purchase couple of pieces from Melinda Maria. The last one was the love letter necklace. I asked for engravement on the back which was missing. The second issue the clip in the front keeps unlatching and I almost lost it. Ordered it on May 24th and wore it 4 times exactly and was always concerned that I lose it.

I have bought multiple items from Melinda Maria. This review is solely based on shipping and not the product itself. Shipping takes forever and the shipping carrier that they use has left my packages at the incorrect house although I have called and they replaced it again. They have sent it to the wrong address and I need to call again. I really wish they used a more reliable shipping source.

Ordered May 22 said would ship June22, the new date July 8. No one from MELINDA MELINDA JEWELRY let me know of changes. To this date still no jewelery shipped ,alough website says available too be shipped. No one gives you straight answers or help. Really think about buying from this company. Now will contact CC to get money back. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I received an email from this company saying that I created an account with them, that I did not. My name was not on the email (so I presume they do not know me), and there is a button on the email to press and visit the shop. I did not press any button and I marked their email as spam.
