My mom loved her purse/bag
My mom loved her purse/bag. It did take some time as I ordered Feb 2nd 2025. However they set the expectations of the purse not coming until March yet I got it 2 days shy from February ending. We are still waiting for the wallet. I will be purchasing more bags as my family members will want one now.

I don’t have my packages
I don’t have my packages. They were no delivered to my home. Someone is here most of the time and I’m in a relatively safe area. I have no idea where you delivered them to.👎🏽😞👎🏽

Bag came in today without the wallet
I enjoyed the updated emails from the company about my purchase. My order came today, 3/4/25. I'm loving the designe of the bag. The colors are vibrant and the bag is smoth to touch. I was disappointed the wallet didn't come with the bag. I'm waiting for the wallet to arrive.

Sunday NIGHT 3/2/25 at 10:10pm
Sunday NIGHT 3/2/25 at 10:10pm, I received an email stating this: "It seems the shipping status shows a failed delivery attempt." When I clicked on the tracking info it said this: "Attempted Delivery: Building Closed / Weekend / Holiday. The package is undeliverable and will be returned to the facility." I immediately responded asking: " How was it shipped out? USPS, FedEx or UPS? Is it possible for me to pick up all of my packages from whoever is the deliver before it's returned to you?" First thing this morning I called my PMB company that receives my packages and they said no info/notice was left. It's now after 12 noon and I have not received a response to my email letting me know who the delivery company was so I can contact them to get my packages before they are returned to Melanista!!!

Should I purchase?
I was about to purchase 4 bags for four amazing women because these bags look amazing, however the reviews have me thinking twice and I heard it’s not black owned which is okay but really wanted to support a black owned business

I absolutely love my purse and the customization was perfectly done. The support team was absolutely amazing with helping me track my items and ensuring they were received. Did I say I love my purse lol. This company has me for life, ready to make a new purchase for myself and gift some as well. These bags definitely make a statement and will definitely turn some heads!

Missing name
I love my bag however I paid to have my name Liz to be on the bag and it is not. That was one of the things I love about the bag.
