My purse arrived with what looks like permanent creases. This was due to flimsy packaging. It should have been shipped in a box. The price is too high to receive a product looking like this. So very disappointed.

I was together with my sisters when my bag arrived. Although there wasn't any damage, I was surprised the way my bag was packaged. Upon opening my package, we all simply LOVED it. It was easy to order, and the emails letting me know what stage of the process my order was in were great, but nothing prepared me for how DOPE my bag is!
