Fabulous statement bags!
Just received my bags and I am beyond pleased. I saw the ad in my IG feed and thought, what a cool looking bag! Being black owned and buy one get one free promotion were both excellent incentives to purchase bags for me and my best friend! The were just like the ads, beautiful colors, and personalized with our name, how awesome is that! Zero complaints. I ordered the medium size and it's perfect. I can't wait for us to rock them. Thank you Melanista! Keep up the good work!

Gorgeous bag!
Gorgeous bag!! The bag is truly stunning with vibrant color and a striking design, just as depicted online. It is a work of art truly. And I also chose the right size bag (medium) which fits my laptop and other items. I am very happy and impressed with the product. My only caution is allow time for shipping (2-3 weeks).

Disappointed on one of my bags
I ordered two bags and both were delivered on 7/8. The first bag was absolutely horrendous. I couldn’t believe this bag was actually delivered to me without a quality assurance check. It had marking on it and was definitely not what I ordered and didn’t even come close to the pictures I saw online, which is what made me want to buy this particular bag in the first place. And I have pictures to prove my point on the lack of quality for this bag. The second bag was much better and met my expectations. I will keep this one. I’m asking for a complete refund for the other bag. Please advise how I can get that process started. Thanks.

Refund …
I am trying get a refund for the item bc I am not satisfied. I am speaking with someone by the name of Jennifer and she is basically refusing to give me a refund by saying that my order was custom made, according to their site all of the purses are made to order. I did not request a special color, I chose from the colors that were offered, I did not put a name or anything on the purse. She is offering me a choice to pay the difference and get another bag. I want my refund. I wish I had never ordered from this company
Response from MelanistaJul 8, 2024

We apologize if there was any confusion regarding your order. Jennifer has offered you an alternative solution of choosing another bag by paying the price difference.
