Hi Vanessa, Thank you so much for your review! We’re delighted to hear that you find the bag gorgeous. 💕👜 We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the processing and shipping times. Since our items are made-to-order, this can sometimes lead to longer processing times, and we’re actively working to improve this aspect of our service. We understand how frustrating it can be when items don’t arrive at the same time. If you’d like to track the status of your second package, please feel free to contact us via email at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to assist you. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to serving you again soon!
