I got my bag and my wallet!!! It’s Gorgeous!!! It took a lil bit to get here but it was well worth the wait! It’s soft, it’s beautiful and it’s tailored to ME!! Thank you Melanista!

Customer service non existent
Customer service non existent. I’ve tried to get an answer to shipping and nothing other than tracking information after ordering 12/03. The “Generally, domestic orders are delivered within 1-5 business days, depending on the service you chose at checkout.” is not even remotely accurate as orders are not coming from the US. I wished I had read the reviews here before ordering as their website is very misleading. Also beware you’ll be inundated with promotional emails starting right after you order. If you read other reviews here you’ll see the stock response to many complaints which leads to believe whoever answers them doesn’t actually work for the company or just doesn’t care. Buyer beware. 12/15 update… I’m pretty sure there is no real people (at least in the US) that work for this company. I’ve yet to get any email response other than the tracking information from multiple emails sent. Now they’ve updated the shipping times on their website I guess as a result of it being pointed out blatant deceptive lies.

I do not recommend buy from this vendor…
I do not recommend buy from this vendor . I purchased 2purses and 2 wallets. Over a month ago. First I received 1 wallet. The I received 1 purse 2 weeks later. I still haven’t received the ither purse or wallet. I can’t understand why my whole order is split up. I ordered everything at the same time. This is truly disappointing. I will not buy from them again.

Never Again!!
I ordered 2 purses from this company. One I didn't like & the other wasn't what I ordered. I immediately contacted them and asked for a refund which they refused to issue. I have sent countless emails only to be met with excuses, disorganization & no customer satisfaction skills. They told me I could keep the incorrect purse. Wow! What am I going to do with a purse with a giant horsefly on it!! The purses are of poor quality. Its been 3 months since I notified them of receiving the wrong purse and Im still waiting for them to send what I paid for. I would NOT recommend this company. I will stick with Sistah Bag company because I like the quality and get compliments on my bag everywhere I go.

Where are my 3 wallets?
Bags are beautiful but they were supposed to come with a free wallet( just like the receipt says. I biughtv3 bags and not ONE wallet. I’d rather NOT have the bags since folks are doing false advertisements and taking money.if you advertise something DO IT! I e-mailed them but no reply.
