Takes forever for your item they don't make that known.
This company unfortunately will put themselves out of business possing as a company that cares but they are not forthcoming, no one expects to wait a month for an item and if that's the case, you should advertise that. This is the type of stuff that will come to a head. It's unfortunate. Do better please. Many people ordered expecting it to make Christmas. I will have to figure out another gift for my wife.

Never Again
I ordered a bag for my wife for Christmas and still haven't received it yet. Nowhere on the website said it would take 25 business days. Try to give my people a chance and this is what y'all do. No correspondence no nothing just sitting here waiting and reading a bunch of awful reviews of people dealing with the same problem. Transparency is everything because it sure didn't take a month to take my money and the fact that nobody replies to your emails is 100% unprofessional. Companies like this make it hard for other black owned companies. This has scam written all over it. I can see exactly why those emails stopped to purchase more stuff because once people realize they won't get what they ordered for 2 months no way people would continue to order blindly from this Shady company. It's very deceitful the way y'all do business. It's a shame. Taking people's hard earned money correction taking your OWN PEOPLE'S hard earned money. It's disgusting. NEVER AGAIN

I haven't received my bag as of yet
I haven't received my bag as of yet. I ordered on 11/20/2024, hoping it gets here by Xmas. Hate that there is no way to communicate with shipping and or updates from shipping

The name of this company should be “Scamenista”
This company is a straight scam. Do not buy anything from them it will be a complete nightmare. Not only are they false advertising if you’re lucky enough to receive a bag from china months later. It will be a poorly manufactured bag made with the cheapest material and most likely not exactly what you ordered and missing parts. Please save yourself the headache and run away from this scampany as fast as you can. They will also send you a thousand emails trying to sell you more of this nonsense. Do not buy‼️

Company not as advertised
I placed an order with your company several weeks ago. I purchased from your company because your company advertised as a Black Owned company and not a company that gets its merchandise from China. I purchased the bags as Christmas gifts and their shipment tracking system does not allow me to determine if they will be here on time or not. Nor does their website have a number to call. I am highly disappointed and hope that the bags are of the quality that you advertised on your website.

I love my bag
I love my bag! I ordered a leather bag with the matching wallet and they are beautiful. Just concerned that the items come from China and they take over a month to arrive. But other than that - great product!

It's been a month and our order has not even been shipped!
We order SIX bags and wallets from this site as Christmas gifts on Nov. 19! We have not received anything and when you look at the tracking info most of them have not been updated since Nov 22nd when it says they're preparing to shipped or it's literally still sitting in the distribution center in China for the past 3 weeks! We have emailed multiple times and have not received a response! I would not order from this site again and if they don't arrive by Christmas they will get returned
