My husband ordered a bag on Dec 9 to surprise me for Xmas. I still have not received it although I did receive the free wallet. It was advertised as leather but it doesn’t feel or look like leather.. is it leather or not??????? The art is beautiful but I’m not satisfied with the timeframe of shipment.. is this business black owned and is it from china?

Tired of all the spam emails from Michelle. I simply would like the product I order on 12/2 for Christmas which obviously didn't arrive in time. Very misleading to have a NY address but ships from China. My order state it was finally shipped, without the tracking details. If it doesn't come this week, I will cancel the cancel the order expecting a refund

First of all, I'd like to thank the team at Melanista for all of their hard work and dedication on providing this beautiful artwork to begin with. Michelle and Sandy were very transparent on information regarding my order and now that I finally have these amazing pieces, I'm ecstatic with the results. To put it simple, these bags are beautiful. The leather is so soft, the artwork is amazing. I have to be honest tho... that wait time is horrible. Only because I'm a new customer to Melanista and with receiving orders quicker from other companies, I literally thought I had fallen victim to a scam. THIS WAS NO SCAM! The amazing pieces of artwork literally took a month to deliver, (BE PREPARED TO WAIT FOR CUSTOMIZED ORDERS) but I couldn't be more happy with the end results. Thanks again everyone at Melanista for all you do. Happy New Year 🥳 🎊 🎁 🎉
