The checkout process was smooth and efficient. The product looks better in person as well. My only issues would be the shipping aspect, it took a bit of time and the tracking isn't the best but other than that lovely company.

My experience is mixed
My experience is mixed. I was wondering when will items arrive and two wallets finally arrived yesterday. Still waiting on the actual purse (×2). So far, the quails seems alright. Will give further review once arrived.

Dropshipper pretending to be handcrafted in the US
The website makes it seem like the purses are produced by hand in America, but the purses are just dropshipped from China. Very long lead time for delivery and no tracking once the items arrive in the US. I ordered two purses as gifts early and mid-December and only a wallet has arrived. The purse that was sent first still is missing somewhere and support only can say sorry. The second purse hasn't even left China yet.

First Handbag finally arrived
First Handbag finally arrived! I had anxiety because it took a while but just as I was giving up hope the package appeared. Just waiting on the wallet that was supposed to come with it! and the rest of the shipment!! So far, The handbag is beautiful, and I am excited for the rest

Unfortunate
Unfortunately, today is January 8 and my situation has not been resolved. I've received more promises and no product. So DISAPPOINTED! Your group did not respond until January 10 with more promises. I'm starting to think this is a SCAM!
