1st) this etrike is solid. It’s comfortable and easy to ride ( after a little getting familiar with the trike). First time in 20 years I was able to get around and explore my area without using a car. The more I use it, the more I want to keep going. I get many compliments and thumbs up on it. 2nd) the customer service is outstanding. I had an issue but it wasn’t with the company. They were very professional and responded within minutes of my email. I was using the wrong key to remove the battery. After a few emails back and forth, I unfortunately wasted the employee’s time. Thank you Meetone.

After having my Meet One Tour 1.0 for quite a while without a single issue except that I needed more cargo space especially for runs to get groceries and stuff from the hardware store I decided to get a trailer. I shopped around and virtually all of the trailers were put together with pins that would eventually rattle and they pulled from the side for a bike instead of the center for a trike. Certainly not as stable. Meet One’s announcement of a soon to be released trailer came just in time. I know how sturdy my trike is and I am pleasantly impressed that the cargo basket is welded together and so is much of the frame! The axels are well engineered and to top it off there is a 1-7/8 ball hitch for the trike making it easy to lock it to my trike. I did add a chain and padlock for added security. This thing is super sturdy!!! The only issue that I had was a couple of missing bolts. I understand that things like this can happen with a brand new product. Mine was one of the first to ship. No big deal. The hardware store had the 2 missing bolts. I notified Meet One about the 2 missing bolts so that they could check their inventory in case others had the same issue and they immediately offered to reimburse me for the cost of the bolts. I told them that it wasn’t necessary to reimburse me (didn’t cost much) so instead they sent me a wonderful gift!!! The customer service was amazing and REALLY appreciated! Meet One is #1.

I have never had such a quick response with any companies customer service as I have had with Meet One customer service. Today I had a problem with my trike after I unboxed it yesterday and test drove it today. I emailed MeetOne and they asked me to take a short video and that they would review it and get back with me. THEY RESPONDED A FEW MINUTES LATER WITH THE SOLUTION!!!! About one hour later my problem was solved!!! If I could give them a 10 star rating, I would. Thank you MeetOne for your outstanding products and your great customer service!

I got my Meet One Tour Lite in April of this year. Well packaged and very easy to asembel. I looked at different etrikes for sale and found Meet One was the best overall in terms of construction, appearance and its reputation of being a top notch all around etrike. After over 2,000 miles on it with no problems, Meet One is the most reliable, dependable, comfortable and easy to ride and maintain etrike on the market today. There is no comparrison with other etrike brands, there just isn’t. If you are looking to purchase one please look at the Meet One brand, you won’t be disappointed. The support from this company is top notch. I love my Meet One and you will too.

I was quite impressed by the dedicated response to my questions and the commitment offered to help me resolve the issues I was experiencing with my trike. I was informed on what to look for and how to move forward. A part under my warrantee was also ordered with zero complications. It all came together very smoothly. We are super pleased. It's not easy finding good, honest customer service these days. Jean was awesome with all the information and directions. We are very appreciative of everyone who took the time to listen! Keep up the fine work!

Very fast delivery,hubby got this one for me, beautiful trike, very happy, so hubby just ordered the bigger one for himself, great fun, 2 bikes in 3 days, so must be good.

A few months in, and I end up riding this trike way more than I thought I would. Seat is comfortable, the frame feels totally solid, and it handles town cruising like a champ.

I have to say I LOVE my trike. When I was told that two wheelers were not in my future I started researching looking for reliabilty, comfort, stability and looks. Meet One's trikes finished high on each one. I am extremely happy with my Tour 2.0 and there will be another one in the near future for my wife and guests to ride. Meet One stands behind their products...just don't plan on next day turnarounds...! If you are a senior, have a disability or only looking for comfort Meet One etrikes are for you.
