Maev is a fantastic company in regards to shipments being on time, the quality of the food, and the customer service. I have noticed a major difference in my dog's breath (no longer stinky), and his energy levels (he is like a puppy again, but he's a senior) since I switched his diet to Maev two months ago. I did have some trouble adjusting a subscription, but the customer service was on it. They were also on it when a package was mistakenly delivered to a neighbor -- they were going to send me more bags of food, but I was thankfully able to recover the food a day after it was delivered. It was still frozen; packaged perfectly!

Our dog loves it! I love that it's such a convenient was to feed a raw diet.

I needed to expedite shipping of my next subscription and experienced a technical glitch when applying reward points to my order. I opened a quick chat and the rep was very helpful in resolving my issue very quickly. They were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.

I decided to switch to Maev after using premium kibble for my Golden Retriever almost all of his life. I used this Kibble because our breeder told us to use it when we got our dog as a puppy. It wasn't until I decided to just take a risk and see if some of my dog's health issues would be solved by switching to something natural like Raw food. A few months in and I'm already seeing awesome results with our golden as he is consuming less water, shiny/healthy coat, energy, bad breath pretty much gone, and smaller stools. The price of the food can seem pretty expensive, but it's actually cheaper than other "health" food brands. Also you just scoop and serve instead of having to squeeze food out and hope your dog likes it.

The product is outstanding, but this review is primarily about my customer service experience. I had to travel with my pup over the holidays and was able to re-route a delivery, change the delivery date, and change the quantity of the shipment all through text messaging. The person on the other end was extremely easy to work with and made sure my usual subscription wasn't impacted by the change.

Ordered this raw dog food with excitement. Fed it to my dog immediately. My dog didnt want to know anything about it. Hated it. I tried one more time. My dog wanted nothing to do with this food. The food does look disgusting. The next day I called and told customer service that my dog hates your food, I want a refund. The request for the refund has to go through the owner. Just received an email that I was rejected for a refund, but, I could schedule a call with the owner if I choose. Imagine that! This company has only been in business for 2 years. 2 years more than it should of been. Kiss your money good bye.

My dog loved the original Maev formula and we never had any issues. He devoured it and loved his meal time. In September, we received a communication that Maev had changed the formula, adding green beans, zucchini and white potatoes. I assume this was a cost reduction effort by the company to add cheaper filler ingredients and increase their product margin. Sadly my 2.5 year old dog is not tolerating the new beef formula as well as he did with the original. After the formula switch he's been vomiting 4-5 times per week, mostly undigested green beans and bile. The formula change was unfortunate and we will likely have to look for an alternative as it just does not seem to be sitting well with him.
