Placed order 12/28/24. Approved 01/01/25. 01/08/25 STILL NOT SHIPPED. Get nothing but excuses . But they will instantly take your money. Ive been doing business with medzino for over 5 years till now. Cancelling order. I'll take my money elsewhere.

Very simple process
Very simple process. I wanted to try a different statin without going to my PCP. Provided basic personal, health, and past prescription information, with photos of self, ID, and past prescription. They approved the prescription request and mailed out in a business day or so. Got my new statin in a week, and was happy with it. Had a lab test done after switching to the new statin, and I was happy with the lab results.. Three months later and time for a refill... just pressed the re-order button, all of my information was saved from the first time I filled it out, and so I was able to complete the refill process in under 3 minutes. I will continue to use Medzino, just wish they had an auto-refill option... but considering I only need to do it four times a year, only a few minutes, no complaints, happy customer!

The application process doesn’t work on…
The application process doesn’t work on the website. I keep getting an error message “merchant error”. Enter correct name. I put the correct name in there. It still doesn’t work crap

Easiest experience
I just got the okay on my order and I’m very pleased it was so easy to do and they reply to my messages within minutes, I’m assuming that my prescription will be here before the week is over. I would definitely recommend medzino they are awesome.😄. Thank you medzino employees

Highly recommend avoiding this company
Highly recommend avoiding this company. I can never get someone on the phone and the subscription price is so expensive every month just to have follow up visits that last less than 10 min every 3 months.

If we’re unable to take your call right away, please leave a voicemail, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Regarding the subscription service, we offer it at $99 as a more affordable option for those without insurance or who prefer not to use their insurance due to high costs. This plan allows you to see your provider as often as you need within the month without any additional fees. - Medzino Care Team

Don't get anything from this people they're going to waste your money and your time. Find another website I other from them it's been a week and I have had my stuff
