Overall my experience has been great with Medzino. Anytime I have issues or questions I send a text to their number(even outside of business hours) and 9 times out of 10 I get a response once their office is open. If I don't get a reply, their office always answers my calls. My visits are always quick, to the point, and on time. The price is a bit steep for me, I wish it were around $75 monthly.
