Excellent care and service! Dr. Drubetskiy took his time with me and discussed different ways of coping with my anxiety and depression, answered my questions and explained things to me in a caring and factual manner. The phone service and team behind the scenes is right on top of everything- they get things done! And fast! The messaging system used to track your prescriptions makes things SO much easier and less of a headache- you know as soon as your prescriptions are sent, being processed and ready to be picked up. Definitely recommend 10/10!!!

Amazing care and treatment with my phone call!

I have used Medvidi for years, receiving adequate to above average support. Recently, I have had the pleasure of working with Gina-the provider’s assistant- she is a super star. ⭐️ Gina escalated my issue and didn’t give up. She is reliable, friendly and gets the job done. Great hire, Medvidi!

Took me several calls over 2 weeks to confirm an appointment - to which once I had one arranged i waited 40 mins on hold waiting for the doctor to join The team told me the doctor had technical issues The doctor told me that they were not even aware of the appointment ! I am now waiting for the prescription which it has been over a week. I have logged an issue and still not had anyone come back to me The doctor however asked some very good questions to understand my issue So that was the only good part. The whole process is so bad - the only quick thing that happens is they take your money instantly Sounds like the customer services are at home - and the last few I spoke to struggled to even know how to handle a complaint or offer a solution They couldn’t wait to get of the phone and hope someone else takes it the next time.

I got some really good help this last Saturday when my prescription was delayed. The lady that was helping me jumped on it immediately and got it done.

Call center is really solves problems.

They were very easy to work with and worked with me when I was having trouble getting proper paperwork from my difficult to deal with former psychiatrists and would not help at all. MEDvidi worked with me and got me the help I needed in a timely manner. Thank you so much I am a lifetime customer!
