DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I HAVE reported them to the state of connecicut to open up an investigation against them as they are scammers! Their doctors are not all licensed to prescribe controls in every state they operate in. They don’t verify this before giving you a provider who can’t even send the script. i have been waiting since last wednesday! Why? because the provider I saw can’t send controlled medication to my state.

Paid $170, prescription error left unresolved for 4+ days
On October 8, Walgreens rejected my prescription because MedVidi sent it with incomplete directions and signature issues. MedVidi acknowledged the error in writing on October 9 and said the provider would resend it.
As of October 14th, nothing has been sent! I've sent 7+ portal messages, emailed support, called multiple times, and received a supervisor callback that gave me the same scripted response with no timeline.
This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had and this company doesn’t care at all. You would think something like this would be a simple fix on their end but they only care about money! If you rely on MedVidi for your medication, be aware there's no reliable way to get errors corrected quickly.
UPDATE: I still haven’t heard anything back, even after replying to the automated message below me. This is outrageously absurd and criminal!

If you contact the providers that don’t…
If you contact the providers that don’t write medications when they say they are going to prescribe you something having to wait on the prescription past the date we’re supposed to get your medication filled that has been my experience this for

Great Provider. Terrible Platform.
I want to be very clear that my negative review is NOT about my prescriber. I like my prescriber very much. She has been responsive, thoughtful, and helpful. My concern is with MEDvidi as the operational platform standing between the patient and the prescriber.
I contacted MEDvidi through the patient portal twice because I needed guidance from my prescriber regarding my prescription, including whether I should continue the medication and how it should be tapered if I stopped it.
I have now learned that my prescriber responded on October 2. That response was never relayed to me.
That is not a minor customer-service inconvenience. This was communication regarding a prescription medication and what I should do with it. I was left believing I was waiting for clinical guidance when, in reality, my prescriber had already provided it.
A telehealth platform is only as good as its ability to reliably connect patients with their clinicians. MEDvidi failed both of us here. My prescriber did her job. I did mine by reaching out for appropriate guidance. The operational system in between failed to complete the most basic and important part of the process: getting the clinician’s response back to the patient.
That is especially concerning for a company providing mental-health and medication-management services. Patients should not have to chase a platform to find out whether their clinician responded to a medication question.
I would happily continue seeing my prescriber. I have considerably less confidence in MEDvidi’s ability to safely and reliably facilitate that relationship.

HORRENDOUS AND DANGEROUS MALPRACTICE
My provider has approved my refill twice, but MEDvidi's e-prescribing system is failing to include the mandatory Supervising Physician field, making it legally unfillable. Frontline email support refuses to read my tickets and keeps telling me to wait. I am weeks without medication due to an IT error. Further, every single individual I have contacted on Medvidi had been incredibly dismissive of what is an otherwise very serious issue. I need a manager to contact me."

The place had me on a controlled…
The place had me on a controlled substance for close to a year and dropped me cold turkey which by law they can't do that. This is the worse company I have ever put my mental health in the hands of. I'm surprised they haven't been sued .

Completely unacceptable experience
I was a Medvidi patient for approximately a year and a half and had successfully received treatment through the platform during that time. After recently moving to Pennsylvania, however, what should have been a straightforward continuation of care turned into one of the most frustrating healthcare experiences I've had.
Over approximately three weeks, I was moved between three Medvidi providers.
The first provider completed my appointment, continued my established treatment plan, and sent my prescription to a pharmacy. The pharmacy happened to be out of stock. For approximately a week, Medvidi's Care Team attempted to contact the provider simply to have the prescription redirected to another pharmacy, but the provider apparently never responded.
Medvidi then scheduled me with a second provider. I completed another appointment, and that provider also continued my existing treatment plan and sent the prescription to a pharmacy. That pharmacy was also out of stock. When the Care Team attempted to have it redirected, I learned that this provider had left Medvidi.
I was then scheduled with a third provider, Dr. Nidal Babaa. The provider joined the appointment approximately 15 minutes late, but we completed the visit. During the appointment, I specifically asked where my prescription would be sent and was told that my treatment plan would be continued and that it would be sent to Wegmans in King of Prussia.
When nothing was sent, I contacted Medvidi myself. I was then told by the Care Team that the provider had instead documented that I needed to see someone in person and that the prescription would not be sent.
That was the exact opposite of what I had been told during the appointment.
If the provider had determined that an in-person evaluation was medically or legally necessary, I could have accepted being told that. What was deeply concerning was being explicitly told during the appointment that my existing treatment would be continued and the prescription sent, then discovering only afterward, by calling Medvidi myself, that something entirely different had apparently been documented.
It also made very little sense to me that after approximately 18 months of receiving telehealth treatment through Medvidi, and after two Pennsylvania Medvidi providers had already continued my treatment, I was suddenly being told I needed in-person care without any explanation of what had changed.
I tried repeatedly to resolve this through the Care Team, but I seemed to speak with a different person each time and could not get a clear answer. I also emailed Medvidi with a detailed timeline and asked them to review the situation, explain what had happened, and clarify whether I could continue receiving care through their platform.
It has now been approximately two weeks, and I have received no response by email or phone.
To be clear, I understand that pharmacies being out of stock is outside Medvidi's control, and I am not criticizing a provider's right to make an independent clinical decision. My complaint is about the complete breakdown in continuity and communication: providers becoming unreachable or leaving the platform, contradictory information between what I was told during an appointment and what was documented afterward, repeatedly having to chase the Care Team for answers, and nobody responding at all when I attempted to escalate the situation.
After being a patient for a year and a half, I did not expect to suddenly be left without any clear explanation of whether or how my care could continue. I am sharing the full timeline because prospective patients, particularly those relying on Medvidi for ongoing treatment, should know about my experience.

I will not be returning to MedVidi
I will not be returning to MedVidi. The first appointment was great and I was prescribed 60 mg of Vyvanse. For perspective, I’ve taken both Vyvanse and Adderall XL in the past. The second appointment, my doctor would not renew my Vyvanse due to a supposed conflict with another stimulant medication. The other medication was not a stimulant. It was a dissociative anesthetic prescribed by my doctor for PTSD which she knew about from my first appointment. So I lost out on $150 from that appointment. I stopped taking the medication so that I could renew the Vyvanse. I scheduled another appointment. The doctor didn’t show for almost 30 minutes. I cut out after 24 minutes awaiting. So I paid them $300 for no reason. I’m pretty upset. I requested a refund for both but they said they could only try for one. I wouldn’t go here if you can avoid it.
