Leena did a FANTASTIC job at our appointment. She asked great questions and listened to my every need. At the end of our conversation she provided me with a prescription for what I need. Didn’t have any problems with her sending over my prescription to my Pharmacy and it was ready in less than an hour. I’ve already set up another appointment with Leena because she completely listens, hears what I have to say, answers any questions I have and has the solution to my issues. Thank you SO much Leena and I look forward to seeing you again soon!! Emily

Good stuff first! -I was able to get an appointment the same day. -The customer service team is amazing. They are kind, answer quickly, and do their best to help. They deserve 5 stars. Cons: -Somehow my prescription got sent to a whole other STATE. Not even a similar sounding address. -Also got sent to a CVS. I called that pharmacy in the other state to see if I could transfer it myself, but they informed me they don’t even accept telehealth prescriptions! CVS in general, not just that one. Soooo…? A whole other state plus to a pharmacy company that doesn’t even accept telehealth prescriptions, it’s pure carelessness on the providers end. -The doctor has been MIA. I’ve called customer service every day for 6 days now & I’m told they haven’t heard back from her at all. STILL WAITING. Her name is Jacqueline Fosah btw. -The appointment is pricey, the only reason I chose it was because of the same day appointment. Which is worthless without being able to get my medication. I’m completely out so yay for my mental health🥲

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I HAVE reported them to the state of connecicut to open up an investigation against them as they are scammers! Their doctors are not all licensed to prescribe controls in every state they operate in. They don’t verify this before giving you a provider who can’t even send the script. i have been waiting since last wednesday! Why? because the provider I saw can’t send controlled medication to my state.
