With the status of the world today, you must be cautious of buying online. When I received an ad from Med Mart, I looked into it. I am so happy that I did ! I found the product I needed at a very reasonable price, and options to pay that worked for me. Being on a fixed income makes it difficult because most places are only interested in a cash transaction. Med Mart is a professional Medical Business with years of experience and service after the sale, and not some idiot with some scooters they are trying to unload. Oh, in my search I've come across some doosies ! Its comforting to know this company has been around for years, and that I'm getting the best price for me, along with support. THANK YOU .. Scooter arrived 5 days before expected. Took 15 minutes to assemble. Hardest part was getting it out of the shipping box. Too early to grade the actual product.

I hope this isn't a scam. I gave them a lot of money and no product. I understand the supply chain challenges but a little communication along the way would be nice. I gave three stars because I am still hopeful of delivery, but am growing concerned.

This was just what we were looking for. It is sturdy and well made and the material is lightweight and easy to hook up to a lift. It arrived promptly and was packaged well.
