I haven't received my product but so far the people have been very helpful. I received the product in record time, but sadly the little ole lady passed away before being able to use it. So unfortunately I can't rate the product. But people are still awesome and they are helping me return it.

Very happy to do business with your company. Am looking forward to trying out the sit to stand product I ordered. My elderly residents in my adult family home really need the help this device will offer them.

Stacy was wonderful! …Readily supplied me with all info I needed at the operable time to finalize my decision on the purchase. Warm and inviting phone voice…never once made me feel I was taking up too much of her time, nor did she sound “flat” and uninterested. Excellent sales associate.. Thank you!

I purchased a bed for my aunt and later found a better model at a different store. I tried to cancel my order the same day (Friday) by calling and leaving a email. Med Mart was closed untill Monday and even though I could not receive any assistance the order was processed and I was shipped the item after speaking with 3 representatives. I will lose a lot of money due to this like reshipping, initial shipping, restocking etc. Will not purchase nor recommended this business

Good evening, I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. I looked through your order and see you placed an order and requested to cancel it same day. However, the item you selected is an stock item. As soon as the order is received, the process begins-this is to ensure these very important products get to our customers as advertised. Per our refund/cancellation policy-once a product is shipped, we are unable to cancel it without fees. Please note, the only day we do not have live representatives answering phones is Sunday, so this did not impact the process. Thank you, MedMart Team

Thank you Stacy! She answered all my questions and helped me make a plan to get the right lift chair for my mom and to figure out how to get it picked up before the impending ice storm so we could have it in time for my mom's release from hospital.

Why couldn’t I delete my old address? I paid 2xs the rate for anti-tippers and suddenly no financing! I only placed the order bc I’m desperate for wheels. And.. Darrell was nice! Good employees are invaluable!
