Experience was easy. Will note however this is only based on purchasing experience as I just placed order.

Yes I put in an order of a sling and a spreader bar and they told me that it was in stock and they would ship it on the 10th February 10 and then I never received it then I called back they told me that they didn’t have it in stock and was supposed to ship out last week from the manufacturer . I was told by customer service that now the date was supposed to be February 24 for the sling so I asked if I could cancel the order. Then I called back on Monday to make sure the order was canceled and now the lady said that it has shipped but she doesn’t have a tracking number and I have never received anything so I went to the bank and they had already withdrawn the money on the day that I ordered it. I went ahead and put a fraud investigation on my debit card and the bank hopefully will take care of it .

My purchase was delivered surprisingly quickly. It came in a huge box but not filled with waste. The foot rests slipped on quite easily and I was ready to go!
