Initially ordered a 4-wheel scooter for my father. At the time, the website said it was in stock and would ship the next day. I even confirmed the "in stock" with the chat box. Unfortunately, neither were correct and I called and emailed to try and get a definitive date but was receiving no answer on when it would ship. I called back again to customer service and they connected me to Stacy in sales. She was super helpful and explained (with transparency which I wish I would have liked upfront) that the model I ordered was not expected to ship for another 90 days. She then helped me find another very similar model with all the requirements my father needed. Thanks Stacy for the advice and help. The scooter is already headed my Dad's way!
