OK, not delivered on date promised, & too high a price.

Missing some hardware on a tray table& looks like a used thermometer that came in a used beat up box no wrapping on thermometer and a bent battery and discoloration on screen to show temperature and is not the item that was ordered.& The fact that I purchased a total of 4 items and it was for an elderly person & was not priced cheap ,I am very disappointed to see this and to know this happens on medical items sent to elders.

Spent over $2,000 dollars on a lift and it hasn't worked since the beginning. Customer service blew me off the day after I received the lift and never worked to help me replace the broken parts. 8 months later I still have a broken lift and was told I now have to pay $275 to try and fix the broken lift. Will never but from med mart again. Consistently disappointed.
