Ordered a Etac Molift Raiser for sit-to-stand help. Paid $120 for 2nd day expedited shipping. When the box arrived on Friday afternoon it was the wrong device. Everyone had gone home for the weekend by the time I discovered the error, and the "helpdesk" which was supposed to be open on Saturday never answered my calls and when I left a call-back number, no one called back. Very unhappy with my first Medmart experience. Was hoping to use Medmart a lot because my mobility-limited wife needs a lot of mechanical aids, but after this experience I'm not sure I can do that. Tomorrow is Monday and I am hopeful Medmart management will step up and make things right quickly. If so, this review may change.

The ordering process was quick and easy. I have not received the wheelchair yet though; I am really looking forward to getting it as I am disabled.

We were very happy with our experience with Med Mart. We ordered a hospital bed, which was shipped on the day given at the time of the order, and delivered within a week.

Lynette was wonderful! Valued her input and VERY trusting in her responses. She was patient with my sister and I as we were deciding between two chairs. We reviewed and discussed and then asked if we could call her back and we did. MAde for an easy purchase. Thank You Lynette.
