Only thing I have to review about right now as my experience with the sales person her name was Kristen and she was very pleasant and knew what she was doing and not pushy and that’s all I could ever want out of a cell person so it was a good experience

Bought my wife a scooter. When it arrived there was a part missing. Called an was told that they would be shipping it. Then discovered that the scooter didn’t work at all. Called and explained the problem. They troubleshooted the scooter and was told that it was the drive wheels. Then was told that it would be shipped as well. Can someone contact me so I will know what is going on? We purchased it so I could take it with us on vacation. To late now. She’s having to get around the best she can. If you can’t fix the problems. Maybe we should request a refund. Just let me know something.

Got a soft scooter basket for far less than most anywhere else. Plus a coupon discount from Capital One browser add on. Pricing for scooter and scooter accessories is astronomical and a shame as most of us are retired on fixed incomes. A battery replacement can cost upwards of $900 and yet you can get the suitable inside parts for $85! Mark-up is far too high in this industry.
