Med MartReviews of medmartonline.com

I really appreciated the instruction videos. It was a large purchase and that was a very nice touch. Excellent product quality! It arrived quickly (2 days) and the delivery guy went above and beyond. Although he was a separate delivery company, it's still worth giving him kudos as it added to my experience. I live on a country road that a semi wouldn't be able to turn around. He called and we made alternate arrangements - he delivered it to my work (20 miles from my house) because he had a delivery somewhat close. He even helped put it in my car. Great experience all around!

Amanda was very helpful with detailed information to help me with the right choice of equipment.

I just ordered it- everything went fine and the rep was very helpful

Employee was courteous and professional. He was patience, listened to our needs and explained in detail, the product.

The customer service rep on Chat & on the phone call was very helpful and efficient. There was no bull or sales pressure and my questions were answered.

Mike was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. Great personality for your representative of the Med Mart Co. thanks! Brian Cadman

Everyone I have dealt with from the beginning of my experience, starting on 3/30/22 with Med Mart has been friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the product I was interested in and if they couldn't answer a question, they directed me to the manufacturer, who was extremely helpful in supplying the information I needed. It was really nice and easy doing business with them.

Every step of the transaction was easy and inderstandable and the website is well constructed too.
