Did not cancel my order when I asked. Sent it anyway. Now I am told there is a 25% restocking fee plus I have to pay for returning it by mail. I would never order from MedMart again and will tell others about your lousey service. Pat

When I called for help, that was a good experience. Mike in NC was most helpful. There is no place on the form to indicate that my billing address is different than my shipping address so I had to make a second call. This should be easier to navigate, but Mike was very helpful in clearing this up for me as well.

I received the bed very quick but it was missing the head and foot panels, and also the side rails. I call and these items haven’t even shipped as of today. Can’t use just the bed.

I ordered what I was looking for.
