Your credit account with Klarna is not easy to navigate. Also they don't approve the amount of money you need to make a purchase. I tried 4 times to get approved.The first time I would be paying 116.50 for 24 months. The 2nd time it was 119.80 for 24 months.The 3rd time it was 134.00 for 24 months and the last time I tried it was 154.50 a month for the same amount of the loan. You can't finish filling out the application before it takes you back to view your cart again. I finally decided to use my Discover Card to make the purchase. I'll pay that off in 5 or 6 month. Klarna, never again.

When I ordered the chair it said it would ship on Monday and I would be notified by email. On Tuesday late afternoon I had still not received an email. When I called to inquire I was assured they would check on why it hadn’t shipped and call me back that same day. Now it’s Thursday and I still haven’t received a call. I did receive a message from a shipper on Wednesday stating they wanted to deliver something a week from now but someone had to be available between 10 am and 2 pm. The tracking number is not working so I’m not sure if this is even the chair I ordered. There was nothing during the ordering process that indicated a signature would be needed. We both work so this isn’t going to happen. I’m probably going to cancel this order due to their total lack of good communications.

Web description says 300 lbs holding. Instructions in package say balance only. Could not get one side to turn green. Fell off wall once the shower started. Total useless and misrepresent product.

Side handle not what was expected based on the description, missing side handle, slow delivery. Bed is well built but has less range of motion than what was expected.

Everything was okay.

This is an update to previous 5 star review wheelchair purchased came in powder coated instead of chrome plated as stated on website Not a huge issue except for the hand rails are textured and burn his hands when going downhill I thought the simple solution would just send the chrome hand rails like advertised but instead I get nothing at all but sorry we changed the product just didn’t change the description Going to check into turning them in for false advertising Really really disappointed in the lack of service Since putting in 1 star review they are now sending me necessary parts to make the wheelchair more like what we ordered
