My Customer Service Rep was fabulous. He was friendly, knowledgeable and processed my order efficiently.

Darrell Flunker and Sonia at the Help Desk are the people who made our experience great. After talking with Darrell on Oct. 5, we cautiously decided to make this purchase (ALTERRA 1385 HI/LO Hospital bed) over the internet. Discussion with Darrell gave us that confidence. It took 8 days (and several emails with Darrell about arrival and how will it fit etc.) for the bed and 2 sets of side rails to be at our house. The Mattress took 22 days (due to manufacture). A nylon clip ring that the rod for an assist rail goes through was damaged and Sonia worked diligently with the manufacturer to make sure we got the right part. The bed was in use and working great by Nov. 10. less than a month from our 1st contact with Darrell. and by the way, We do Peritoneal dialysis which requires the full 30 inch rise height to connect 2x a day and vitals 1x a day needing a 15 inch Lo height. Also, the mattress that Darrell recommended has given Ellen a much better nights sleep. This has been a top notch experience. Thank You All.

Kurt was awesome when I called to ask questions and order the Protekt STS500 sit to stand for my granddaughter with CP. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely contact him for help on future orders. Ron

Great experience with Med Mart. Customer service was great, matched a lower price from a competitor. Even got me information on dimensions on the lift that were not listed even on the manufacturers site.
