The hydraulic lift I bought has been incredible. I can take my husband from bed to his chair and back because it fits in our hallway. We are incredible thankful for this lift.

The deliver drivers were not professional at all. When they called to give an eta of arrival they told me they do not carry anything up steps. Told them I confirmed at time of appointment confirmation that they did. Also states on website that you all do. Then he forgets the cover and said oh well the warehouse will handle it.

We pride ourselves in the work we do and will look into this situation further, this is not the experience we want our customers to have. I do show the cover was shipped and on its way to you.
