It was exactly as I expected with on time delivery by experienced personel.

Great salesperson very friendly and knowledgable

The sales person was helpful but was given wrong info . Told lift chair would come in two pieces but came as 1 piece. Unable to place Chair were needed had to hire another moving company to place chair.

What I didn’t like was it took me 2 hrs. to place an order for a recliner. so instead of filling in the blanks I called your number and a nice lady called me back and together we ordered my recliner. It only took me about two hours to do so. I did call back & ask her to send me a sample of the material that I had chosen. Have not received it yet.

Customer service was patient, polite and helpful. Answered questions.
