They had the products I needed. The price was below the average asking price. The salesman new the product line.

The Med Mart Product Specialists/Sales Agents are Knowledgable. We found a hospital bed we liked on their website, but we felt more comfortable purchasing a hospital bed for our home via phone with a live person. They were also open on a Saturday afternoon which was great. The Product Specialist explained all the details of the bed we wanted to order and took our order via phone. We received an emailed receipt immediately. She was also patient as we gave her the payment information.

The purchasing process and delivery was wonderful. But after taking delivery, and assembling the power chair, I find the batteries are disconnected for shipping safety. The instructions don't tell you this. Not a major problem, just be aware.

The customer service Rep. was very helpful and guided me in the right decision for my wife's needs.

I called Med Mart to make sure the Capella wheelchair was going to be right for my son's needs. Kristen helped me and I placed the order.
