All aspects of the transaction were fine, except the delivery. The delivery truck was apparently unable to surmount the steep driveway, the driver improvised and the resulting condition of the packages delivered was not perfect. However, the damage was slight, and acceptable.

It took you five days before you even shipped my item and when I inquired about it, you just said OK thanks for letting us know. I could’ve ordered anywhere else and already received my item I needed. This item had known this is how you handle shipments I would’ve ordered elsewhere I will order elsewhere in the future.

Purchase a recliner seat cover on June 11th. Never received an email to say when it will be delivered. I reached out the following week and they said it was on backorder. I never received communication about this. When I purchased product online it said it was in stock. In fact I chose the color I ordered because the one I wanted was out of stock. The gal that took my call was super friendly and helpful. Got a hold of the warehouse and was able to get me another color that was in stock. It was said that it would be delivered on 6/21 which would have been perfect as Im out of town on the 22nd and now it's NOT to arrive till the 24th. I love that you offer so much product and I have order with you in the past with large purchase. The lack of communication of a product being out of stock was disappointing.
