Quick service
Very happy with Caleb who helped us place the order. Only took 2 days to receive the scooter. My only complaint is that the extra battery that we purchased was shipped separately and we still have not received it.

The folks at MedMart answered all my questions before I made my purchase. I purchased on-line, the process was smooth and quick.

Would have preferred that the Sling we ordered arrived with the lift, lift not usable without sling, and did not receive the free transfer u-sling either.

I had a bad experience, dealing with another company to buy a mobility scooter. After a lot of research I came across. The Ewheels Scooter after I decided that that was the product I wanted, I had to decide who to buy it from and that’s when I got a hold of Caleb. He was the most knowledgeable And friendliest of all the people I spoke with. I’m very excited to receive my scooter which is supposed to be shipped and arrive July 1st. I just hope that the rest of my experience is this good as the beginning. Thanks, Jack Schechter
