I ordered a lightweight jazzy Electric wheelchair Which I have had for one week. It came within three days of the order. The order was missing, an optional upgraded cushion that I had chosen and paid for. I called MedMart. it took two calls, But the extra Cushion was Delivered to me within 24 hours of the last call. Based on the weeks use, the wheelchair arrived in excellent shape, operates exactly as promised, and has changed my life because it can be lifted and put in the back of my car by anyone. I would recommend medMart without hesitation. I took one star off only because the purchased Cushion did not arrive with the order.
