I tried the chat and waited a bit so I made a call to speak to someone about home assembly. I had a very nice young lady. She helped me w pricing and ordering the following day after speaking w my family.

The sales representative was very professional and displayed a very good attitude. His knowledge of the equipment was superb. He was determined to insure I knew his products were the best available.

Went to store to purchase a rollator. Had to haggle to get price on line and was told it was $100 more if it was put together. Got it home and found out it was the wrong size after I put it together. Had to take it back (over 50 miles round trip). The women I had to deal with acted like she was doing me a favor claiming the size I had asked for originally cost $100 more. No apology. I told her she should reduce the price since I had put one together all ready. She told me they would put it together if I wanted to wait. No way the phones were going not answered, people were coming to the desk asking for help and being told to wait because they were busy. I would probably still be there. They need to train their staff. Buyer beware the price you see on line is not what they will try and charge you and the device will probably not come assembled. After reading your reply I don't agree with what you had to say. I Called the store talked to an employee who agreed that the price on line was the cost. He confirmed colors available. We went in looked at the floor model and asked to buy one. The girl who waited on us tried to quote a different price and I bulked. I never discussed delivery, white glove etc. with anyone. I was standing in your store. They THEN said that price on line was in the box and explained it would cost more if we wanted it assembled. We chose to take it in the box. We asked for a purple one it was brought out and paid for. When assembled at home it didn't match the dimensions from the chair on line. We looked at the box and it said Petite. I called the store and was told to bring it back for a replacement that is was the wrong devise. No apology just bring it back and we will exchange it. So back to your store I went 27 miles one way from my home. The next lady I had to deal with made some comment about a full size one (the one on your website) cost more. I said what? She said "oh I won't charge you that but this one is $100 more". At that point I had about had it with your bate and switch approach. I took a different color chair, I told her she should discount it to cover my mileage and the fact that I had put the wrong one together for you. Pretty much no reply other than she claimed she had charged me what the wrong one cost. Again no apology just a sarcastic "have a nice day" as I left the stored
