I purchased a bed for around 4600 for my mother, within the 7 days of having the bed installed my mother passed away before ever being able to use the bed. I thought i had 7 days to return the bed, after all, to spend almost 5 grand on something you can't try out seems very wrong, you can return most mattresses you buy these days for up to 30 days. But not with this company. I explained my situation and they were very cold and could careless and won't help at all. No returns, i don't see why they couldn't at least take back the frame which is of course the expensive part. They definitely made a horrible time in my life worse, i would recommend you stay away from this company.
