I dont have the item yet as of this note..But I was given wrong information on the delivery date…it was actually 4 days late..I ordered it becoz i needed it that day…told me Thursday then now it’s this coming Monday..which im not even sure it will really arrive on Monday.. I tried to cancel but was told cannot anymore..will give another review about the product when we get it

Hello Edna, I show your order was processed at 944 PM on the 17th and shipped the next day on the 18th. I see it was delivered yesterday the 25th. Please note the lead times on our site refer to the number of days it takes before an item is shipped out. We cannot guarantee transit times once shipped unfortunately and I am sorry your shipment took a couple days more than we usually expect. The item did ship from New York with FedEx Ground and their standard ground shipping times vary across the country based on locations. This company is great for low priceing But the customer service was great Darrel was very helpful and freindly as can be also he treated me like a customer not a number like most other companys do thanks for your helping me out in my order!!!
