I needed to purchase an order for a bed. The person gave me the quote and I purchased it. They did not mention that it would be considered a custom purchase and therefore would not be eligible for return. No where on the quote did it mention the return policy related to my purchase. The person I spoke to did not mention it on the phone. While the policy is online, the nature of my purchase was not explained at the time of purchase. These non-refundable things should discussed at the time of purchase, particularly when talking to a sales expert. Not after it has been completed. I would not have purchased this item had I known. I would use a different service if you need anything custom or want reasonable customer service.

We have an order for a small air mattress part and indeed, parts are typically not returnable per our policy but you're welcome to contact your sales rep, Kristan, and give her the information of what's going on and she can advocate for you with the manufacturer on the return or exchange for the part. Excellent customer service - friendly and patient sales representative, knowledgeable, sent follow-up e-mail, made my purchases extremely easy. Order will be shipped via FedEx which is my preferred shipper. I would HIGHLY recommend MedMart.

I shopped around online for the chair cushion I wanted, and MedMart's website had the best price by a good bit and offered free shipping to boot. I placed my order on a Wednesday and was very surprised when the cushion was delivered that Sunday. A four day shipping window (two days of which were in the weekend) is legit impressive. I was prepared to wait far longer than that! The cushion is exactly as described, and has been a major improvement in daily comfort. In addition, I appreciate that MedMart has an FSA payment system in place. I did still have to file the receipt with my FSA servicer, but it was still very convenient to be able to use my FSA card directly instead of having to pay out of pocket and file for reimbursement.

My wife’s Golden Buzzaround had an issue with the tiler not staying tightened. The service department did and excellent job researching and solving the issue. Secondly my wife bought a lift chair.The chair had a minor blimish. The store called and notified me of the issue.The problem was solved quickly. We appreciate their honesty letting us know before delivery.
