MedleyReviews of medleyhome.com

I had a very positive experience with Medley. I will say the price is a bit higher than you would pay at another furniture store, but you get what you pay for and Medley's quality is top notch. Made in the US, customizable, eco friendly options, top quality craftmanship. Highly recommended.

Overall, the experience was great! I appreciate the furniture being made with eco-friendly material and it seems like it is high quality. We reached out once via email about the status of our couch after it was shipped and we got a response within a timely manner. I would highly recommend Medley!

We received our custom sectional about 2 weeks ago and so far are very pleased with it. The process to purchase was really easy. We consulted with customer service on our fabric selection and ended up with 2 sets of samples so we were sure we got what we wanted. The communication via email and online portal was so helpful so we were completely aware of the timing. Our sectional shipped in the allotted time frame and arrived in the anticipated delivery window, as well. The manufacturing time aligned with other custom furniture manufacturers, but we were glad to be able to support a small, eco-conscious business and receive a high quality product. We would consider purchasing from Medley again and would recommend them to others.

Beyond impressed and extremely satisfied with our custom leather couch from Medley. From ordering, to tracking and delivery, their attention to detail and responsiveness was very reassuring. The design, materials, and detailing all all very high-end and top-quality. We are so pleased with the comfort of knowing our sofa does not contain any chemicals and all materials were responsibly sourced. Thank you for the ultimate statement piece in our home.

I really like the furniture and customer support. There website should have more details on the furniture and more pictures.

Truly great to see an ethical business making great pieces with an easy to navigate website that is very informative.

Ordering my sofa online from Medley was easy and straightforward. The company was very good at keeping me informed regarding the status of my order. I love my sofa, it is comfortable, well made and the color is true to what's on the website. I would absolutely recommend Medley furniture to my friends and family.

I loved how easy it was to customize my new sectional with all the eco-friendly/all-natural features I wanted. It felt a little crazy at first to buy such a pricey sectional sight unseen, but we loved Medley's automated updates on the production process, and it was great to get the sectional even a bit earlier than we'd hoped. Delivery was flawless, and the sectional is even better quality than we'd imagined. I know we'll love it for many years to come. Thanks for making the custom furniture buying process so easy!
