I cannot say enough about the excellent quality of this sofa and the customer service of this company. Both exceeded expectations!

I love the aesthetic of the Rio Sofa Bed, and the dimensions are very generous. What impressed me the most is that, in addition to the excellent build quality, the cushions were immediately comfortable. The Medley team has seemingly considered everything too while remaining discreet and beautiful (built-in gliders on the feet, back cushions velcroed to stay up, etc.). I recently had a guest stay over and use the sofa bed. They're not easy to please, and they were skeptical when I mentioned the sofa bed. As soon as they pulled it out, they feared even more it would be a rough sleep. I asked the next couple of days about it, and they said they had no problems, showing me their sleep tracker. They were in disbelief that a mattress could be so thin and yet so comfortable. Shipping and delivery were very easy, and the piece was ready earlier than expected. Always a plus even though I wasn't expecting it. Once more, kudos to the Medley team for putting so much thought and care into their pieces.

We LOVE our couch! It’s super comfy and I’m obsessed with the tarragon color, it’s beautiful. And the best part of it all is that the couch is 100% natural and the fabric is Oeko-Tex certified. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing there aren’t any harmful chemicals, that sadly are in most modern furniture. I utilized their free design consultation (we also bought our dining room table/chairs and coffee table from them) and Laura was a great help in the process. She worked with me to make sure what I got would fit and look great in my space. She put together designs so I could visualize the pieces in my space and made great recommendations! Thank you Laura! Medley creates beautiful furniture that is well worth the cost! I highly recommend them! Thank you Medley for such a high quality (and safe/healthy) piece, I am forever grateful!

Unfortunately I bought an 11k sofa and have been so disappointed in the quality the feathers are everywhere and pike through at an overwhelming rate and the company was no help when I reached out . This is not normal if a high end sofa as I have owned several . Some feathers is normal but we are talking an hour after removing they are back and everywhere . Unacceptable and I got a quote for an upholsterer and they said 2000 dollars to do properly because the down ticking is not good quality and not double weaved . So disappointed . I wish there was a way to attach videos to save others from this kind of mistake

I ordered the Kaydan chair and it is the perfect reading chair. Super comfortable to sit in and fits well in my space. I got the huckleberry chenille snow fabric and it’s super soft, and dare I say, cat scratch resistant. I have caught the cat scratching it multiple times yet it still looks flawless. Highly recommend!

I bought two of these sofas - 72" and 68" for my home. They are both beautiful, and so comfortable! I love the lichen color of the loveseat and the wheat/neutral color of the larger couch allows for multiple pillow color options throughout time. The timeless style and comfort speak to the quality and consideration of expert craftsmanship. I highly recommend both Medley and the Kirnik sofas.

I researched for two years in finding my new couch. I was really interested in non-toxic materials and it being made here in the USA. I am so thrilled with my Rio bumper sectional ! It is SO comfortable and the material is gorgeous. The customer service was fabulous too. I called because I was deciding between two fabrics. The kind woman in customer service asked me - “do you have any free wine ?” At first I was a little freaked out because I just had poured some ! After I told her that she told me to pour red wine on both swatches, rub it around, wait a few minutes and then wash them and see which one came out better. They both came out like magic !! I ended up going with huckleberry chenille snow I also have a big dog who is of course allowed on the couch and it has stayed very clean !!! I am obsessed. This is also the only piece of furniture in my smaller living area so it is perfect. It opens up the whole room ! I have been enjoying falling asleep on the couch accidentally every night !

I did a ton of research into non-toxic couches and finally decided to order the Rio Plush U Sectional. Was nervous since we didn't have the opportunity to try it out before purchase, but am glad to say it turned out great! We went with the natural latex and it is super comfortable with plenty of space for the whole family. I did compromise and went with the Buckbrush Tweed fabric, which is not really nontoxic but better cost-wise and I wasn't sure on the durability of the fully non-toxic options.
