I purchased a stethoscope through Medisave and used the shop app to place the order as I had some coupons. I selected the add engraving option and was given no place to add what I’d like engraved. I reached out to customer service Saturday during non business hours and heard back promptly Monday morning. They were able to assist me and shipped the stethoscope quickly. I’m very happy with the product I received as well as the company as they are incredibly efficient. I will be recommending them to everyone I know who is in the market for a stethoscope.

We're sorry that we could not meet the estimated delivery. To be clear, USPS Priority Mail is not an express service. There is no guaranteed time in transit for this basic postal service. We do encourage customers to contact us if they have specific required dates. We can always expedite order processing and recommend guaranteed delivery options.
