Shipping could be better...
I received the stethoscope I ordered in good condition, however, the packaging/box was crushed on one corner. I believe this could have been avoided if they put the product in a box instead of a large flimsy envelope.

Dear Thomas I am sorry to hear you are disappointed. It is most unusual and I imagine can sometimes be the consequence of handling during she shipping process as we endeavor to ensure everything is well packed. We use padded envelopes as this keeps weights and dimensions to the most cost effective size for shipping and ensures the customer pays the minimum amount for postage, shipping and handling fees. This is the first reported incident so would seem to be an unfortunate result of perhaps bad handling via the courier process, but please do contact us at [email protected] and we will provide you a discount coupon for your next order. Personalized Stethascope
I purchased this gift for my niece who was graduating from nursing school. The laser engraving looks very professional. The shopping experience was great. I received a phone call from a company rep. to verify my address & was able to upgrade the delivery process & received it within 3 days.

The service was fabulous.

Vast selection, fair prices, exceptional detail, speedy delievery.
Was looking for a new stethoscope for my wife who is a nurse. You carry the entire Littman line in all the colors. Found exactly what she wanted at a fair price compared to others. Place my order at 8:30 pm on a Thursday and it was at my door step via FedEx on Saturday morning. Hot detailed email confirmations and receipts and the product was exactly as advertised.
