Ordering the stethescope very very simple and I love the option to have it laser engraved. The only problem I had was that it wasn't very clear that my order wouldn't get processed til the next day even though I paid for quicker processing. I'm assuming that it was after hours when my order went thru so I would've defenitely paid for quicker shipping to get it to me faster. Luckily I did get it when I was hoping. All that said, I would defenitely order here again.
