I ordered a master cardiology stethoscope from Medisave late on a Thursday night. Early Friday morning I got an email stating my stethoscope was out of stock so I could call or email to request a different model or color. I emailed and didn't get a response by Monday afternoon so I called and they took care of my order over the phone within 10 minutes and shipped out my product same day. Even upgraded my shipping since I never got a response to my email. Stethoscope arrived by Friday exactly as I had ordered engraved and everything. Will buy from them again.

My daughter just graduated nursing school. She wanted a good scope to use. We ordered a Littman!. Excellent service, good quality.... we are very pleased.

As a nursing student, there are so many expenses. I found the prices to be lower here. Fast and safe delivery (a signature was required). Thanks for being so easy and helpful during an exciting, stressful and expensive time!!! Will use you again!

I already sent an Email with my opinion. It was like this: I received my Littman Classic II Stethoscope in the color that I chose, but It was suppose to be engraved. Very disappointed. My wife works in a hospital and I want hers to be a little "different". Maybe it is not a big deal for you guys but it was for me. I feel cheated because was "free" according with the web place. To late now. Merry Christmas.

I was in a time crunch for ordering a stethoscope for a graduation ceremony on Saturday. I placed my order on Thursday around lunch time and the package arrived 2 days later just in time on Saturday. My future daughter-in-law loved it and the engraving was great! Thanks Medisave :)
