Great shipping, great product! Love the stethoscope. I have a little trouble picking up sounds and thought I'd give this stethoscope a whirl. Wow, what a difference and well worth the money when you depend on your stethoscope everyday at work.

Their website advertises free engraving and when I ordered my littman electronic 3100 I chose to have my name engraved . Well I got the stethoscope and guess what, NO ENGRAVING. I guess since they offer the engraving for free they choose when it gets done. I would of even paid a little more for the personalization, but I will take my future business to a company that stands behind their word

I ordered a new Master Cardiology Stethoscope last week. I had made a mistake when entering in my shipping address and wasn't able to fix it online. I called and was able to speak with someone very quickly and was able to fix the address without problems. Great customer service.

I complicated my order several times but every time, the customer service staff were able to help me fix it, effortlessly. I ordered as engraved stethoscope for my husband who starts medical school in August. Staff were very pleasant and accomidating and their prices are the lowest I've found! I would definantly recomment this company!
