Not impressed, never again. - added info to my initial review
they advertised with Google as free shipping and refused to honor it. Customer service emails went unanswered until they were answered with an email claiming I never replied.I would not recommend this site, nor will I shop here again. I will await contact from you, but I have sent multiple emails to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected]. There are literally dozens of emails, most which are unasnwered. I will provide copies of all them to you if you so desire.

Dear Tim As far as I am aware there have not been any free shipping offers for some time as our prices are already reduced and we do not charge for engraving. I will try and find out why your e-mail was not responded to. Can you please confirm which e-mail address you sent the e-mail to? fast service, nicely packaged
I was very pleased with the stethoscope that I purchased as a gift for a brand new RN; we were pleased with the engraving of her name...the delivery was rapid and the product was securely wrapped and the package delivered much sooner than I expected....the customer service person guided me thru the process as I do not feel confidant doing online purchasing...I would use Medisave again have told others about our positive experience with your company...Jo F

Speedy with NO compromise on Excellence!!
I loved the very user friendly website, and since the stethoscope I was interested in was out of stock most places, it was great to see the exact number available! Furthermore, it was wonderful to have an option for super speedy processing; despite laser scribing, my order was shipped same day (I started the ordering process in the afternoon central time). Will surely visit next time I need a product!

Great service, convenient site, no free shipping though
The site was easy and convenient to use/navigate. Received our item within the time stated when ordered. Nearly every site offers free shipping, but through Medisave it was fairly expensive.

Satisified in Florida
Received my order very fast. Ordered on Friday received on Monday. All the lettering was correct and the stethoscopes were as stated. Only one thing, I thought I got a discount for ordering more than one and I ordered two, but failed to see a discount. Otherwise everything was very smooth.
