UNACCEPTABLE
Ordered and paid for same day engraving and next day delivery for an item for Mother’s Day! Didn’t get a notification until after they had closed that the item was out of stock!!! NO WHERE ON THE SITE DID IT SAY THIS PRIOR TO ORDERING! Now, it’s out of stock and they are closed with no quoted expected restock date! So, I’ve spend over $400 with no product! If you can’t guarantee your products, just shut it down! I paid for overnight shipping for a product that was OUT OF STOCK! Absolutely unacceptable!

We're sorry that we didn't have the stethoscope you wanted in stock. The website would have said "Delay 1-2 Day" which is usually pretty accurate. In your case, however, I seem to recall Littmann was out of stock for a bit longer. You placed your order after the close of business Monday and you would have received notification of the back order Tuesday. We canceled and refunded your order in full on Wednesday.
