excellent product shipped fast'm very happy thank you

I loved how fast I received my stethoscope & that was with it being engraved! I figured it would be at least two weeks if not longer and within 2-4 days I received it. I'm very happy with my purchase & how it turned out. Great service!

This product is exactly what was ordered. Nice, light weight, comes with extra ear bud changes and a diaphragm cover. I also got my name on it, which looks awesome and just adds that needed little extra touch! The only downside was that it was supposed to come with a lung sounds/educational disk, and it didn't come. Contacted the company and the woman who handled the problem was rude. Don't offer it to come with the product, and then get mad when I call to say it didn't come.Overall excellent product. Very pleased.

My order came in a fairly timely manner. I did not have trouble there. My problem with Medisave is that when you create an account they email you your username and password. It is all in one email and if anyone saw that they could obviously get on your account. This also makes me wonder how protected the rest of my information is. I won't be using them again.

I ordered a Littman stethoscope that turned out to be out of stock. I was bummed to say the least because I'm a nursing student and needed it asap to practice vitals. So when I got that email I called to ask how long they thought it would be before they got more in and shipped it to me. Not only was the woman super friendly and understanding, but, after offering to switch it for something else that she would have shipped out that day, she then put rush shipping on my order free of charge so that it would be sent out the same day they received them which she said would be the middle of the following week. Well I don't know what strings she pulled but shortly after speaking with her I received an email saying it had been shipped! I think she may have had it shipped directly to me from their supplier. So, rather than it going to them first and then to me the next week, it came straight to me!! I had it within a few days! So on top of having the best products at the cheapest price I could find anywhere they also have amazing customer service. Love this company and will definitely be buying from again soon!! :)
