The stethoscope I ordered was pricey, but it was pricey on all.other websites. Medisave was failry priced and I like all the icons it lets you choose from for the engraving

I ordered a Lavender littmann stethoscope. So I expected a light purple like my sister has but I really got a dark pink/purple so I was disappointed on this. I rated them 3 stars because they got my order to me within a week.

I ordered a stethoscope for my son for Christmas. I had no prior experience ordering from Medisave. They acknowledged receipt of my order by email telling me they would "despatch" my order and thanking me for my "custom." This sort of unprofessionalism in a corporate email (grammatical errors and misspellings) made me uncomfortable with their integrity and I questioned the authenticity of their products. I sent an email to their customer service regarding my concerns. All I ever received back was an automated response acknowledgement of my email. No one ever contacted me or ever addressed my concerns. Today I received an email from their customer service saying that since they haven't heard back from me in 168 hrs they were going to consider my matter resolved????? I totally don't get it. I complain, they never respond to my complaint and they consider my issue resolved because they didn't hear from me???? Frankly, it's quite obvious that English is not their primary language and they have essentially no communication skills. No confidence buying from them, feel like I've purchased a knock-off. Buyer beware. My advice would be purchase elsewhere. Very frustrating and negative experience. I plan to contact Littman.
