The item I ordered was exactly what I needed. It was shipped in a timely manner (including engraving), and arrived before its intended shipping date. The prices are comparable and competitive, and I would recommend any purchase from medisave.

Placing the order online was simple and efficient. I was notified that my order was placed and that the particular item I ordered was out of stock with a given date of when it would be restocked. I called and talked to an exceptional customer service rep and was assured that as soon as the item was in stock it would be shipped. A day later I got email confirmation that the item was on it's way. Thank you.

Used this company to buy a Christmas gift for my daughter. I called several times to make sure it would ship on time. Everyone I called the customer service rep was always very helpful and polite. When they said they would call back or email you they did. Look forward to using this company again. Prices are great and the level of service is second to none!!

First of all, I was attracted to Medisave due to the great prices. I ordered a Littmann Master Cardiology stethoscope and the next day I purchased a second one. I did not want to have to pay two separate shipping charges even though the two orders would be shipped together so I e-mailed customer service at ten o'clock that evening and they replied the following morning informing me the second shipping charge would be removed. I received exactly what I ordered and had no problems. I will indeed shop with this company in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

I ordered what I needed and got exactly what I ordered very quickly. However, I called customer service for two days, tried to "live chat" with them three times, and emailed them. The only way I got any response was through email and it took eight days for that. (By that point, I already placed and received my order.)

Unbelievably fast delivery, and the stethoscope looks very handsome

Initially when I tried to track my order, I couldn't log on to my account, the password I created and the password they provided didn't work. I did not receive my order even after the expected delivery date so I called the number as provided. No body answered my call and was asked to leave a voice mail. I did so, with my questions, order number, order placed date, name and contact number. BUT neither did I receive my order nor any call or email.
